• Email addresses — Only if you voluntarily subscribe to our weekly picks or submit a tool suggestion. We use this solely to send the requested emails.
• Local storage — We store a simple flag in your browser if you dismiss the subscription modal so we do not show it again.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising.
• We do not run advertising networks or behavioral tracking pixels beyond standard analytics.
• We do not require an account to use the directory.

Outbound Links

When you click a tool in the directory you leave Searches.com and go to a third-party site. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Some links may include a referral parameter so we can see which tools are useful; this does not pass personal data about you.

Cookies

We use only essential and analytics cookies. You can block analytics cookies via your browser settings or extensions. The site will still function.
